The Family Ticket includes access to one of our immersive escape room experiences, suitable for families with children aged 10 and over. It also grants access to our themed drinks and dining area.
We occasionally run promotions like “Kids Go Free” or discount the family ticket price, during certain periods. Keep an eye on our website or social media channels for the latest offers and discounts
The complexity of our games is best suited for children over the age of 10 with adult supervision. Children aged 15 and older can participate without adult supervision. Children 7 and older may be admitted at the discretion of parents or guardians.

Please note, the experience includes viewing a covered model of a body, dark corridors, and loud noises.
Children aged 15-17 may play without adult supervision but require a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. For younger children, adult supervision is required throughout the experience.
Family tickets cover groups of 4-6 people, including at least 2 adults and 2 children. Children aged 7-15 must be accompanied by an adult. For larger groups, please contact us to discuss options.
Each experience lasts approximately 100 minutes, with additional time for briefing and enjoying our themed dining area.

Sherlock: The Official Live Game is available in several languages, including Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, with subtitles to enhance the experience for non-English speakers.
