Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Your health is our top priority

We understand any concerns our customers may have regarding the new Covid variant. However, the Government guidelines for attending visitor attractions remain unchanged, so we are unable to offer refunds or reschedules for any bookings. If restrictions change, we will of course be able to review our policy.

Keeping our customer’s safe remains at the forefront of all we do, so we have the following processes in place:

  • Although face coverings aren’t mandatory, we still recommend they are worn in the venue, except when eating or drinking.
  • You will find hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue
  • We have an enhanced surface and cleaning routine throughout the venue and in each game room
  • Our escape rooms hold a maximum of 6 people and if you have chosen a Private Experience, you will not be mixing with other groups
